Terms of Service

Hey! Thanks for your interest in commissioning me.By submitting a commission request you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment must be made in full and in advance via Paypal.

  • After we've reached an agreement on the size and type of commission you have 7 days to pay the Paypal invoice. Work will only begin once payment has been made.

  • I will work on commissions in the order that payment was made.

  • You will be provided a Trello link to track the current status of my commissions.

  • Upon completion, I will retain the copyright to the art as both the creator and artist.

  • Commissions are for your personal use only, and unless agreed upon and paid for, cannot be used for commercial purposes.

  • Prices include the cost of a single character, and each character after the first will carry an additional cost (see the commission types page for details).

  • You can request ONE edit after I have provided you with the initial sketch.

  • You will have 24 hours to reply at the sketch stage. After that point I will continue work and you will lose the opportunity for an edit.

  • If changes need to be made to something that had previously been approved, an additional fee will be negotiated.

  • No refunds. Once work has started there will be no refunds or replacement. If work has not yet begun you will be able to switch your commission to another idea of equal or lesser value.

  • Private commissions (commissioned work that you do not wish to be shared on social media) will cost a flat 50% extra. However, choosing to be an anonymous commissioner is free.

Do's:

  • OC Illustrations (must have an image reference)

  • Character Sheets (Detailed description and/or other references required)

  • Straight & LGBT (SFW & NSFW)

  • Action/Combat illustrations

  • Fantasy Armor & Weapons

  • Note that I specialize in Femme/Femboy/TransFemme characters and pairings at the moment, but TransMasc/Masc/M/M commissions are welcome.

  • Romantic/ Intimate / Boudoir Art

Don'ts:

  • Commissions without any reference (I will let you know if I like the idea, but do not have enough reference so you can acquire more)

  • Child-like characters or characters who are canonically underage in NSFW commissions (Aging up characters to be age appropriate carries an additional fee).

  • Disembodied hands/genitalia, with some exceptions.

  • Degradation

  • Violence

  • Gore/Guro

  • Extreme Fetishes & Kinks
